Job Description

Driven by results and defined by excellence, the Inside Sales Director is responsible for a $8M sales target across 2-3 sales teams. You will work with the management team; the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Supported by sales engineers, a channel team, business strategy and enablement, marketing and product team, the ideal candidate is an unstoppable dynamo focused on teamwork, fun, and success.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • An experienced winner, who understands both the customer buying process and the sales methodology to be accountable for business growth and target attainment through accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships to ensure growth by leveraging channel partners and the broader security community.
  • Serve as primary process issues e.g. Fault tolerant systems/ services availability, Product scheduling, partnerships, licensing etc.
