Inside Sales Representative
Job Description

Baltimore, Maryland Area

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our successful sales team in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities include:

Responsibility for portfolio of midsize customers

  • Daily outbound calling on Refresh, Upsell and Potential
  • Daily outbound calling on renewals
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Incredible attention to detail to ensure accurate use of internal systems and processing of information
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • SalesForce.com experience a plus

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience and interest in working with customers on the phone (60 calls a day)
  • Experience with customer facing roles
  • Sales and closing skills
  • Enthusiastic, driven and confident: ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission, product and business opportunity.
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and posses strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • 2-4 years of sales experience a plus
  • College degree required
